2nd Worker Dies At 49ers Stadium Construction Site

Construction is slated to restart Tuesday at the $1.2 billion San Francisco 49ers showcase stadium after investigators determined a truck driver's death was a workplace accident and not a crime. In June, an elevator mechanic was killed at the stadium when he was struck by a counterweight while working in a shaft.
